Do I leave a list or is there a default task list?

We love a priority list! We have a default task list and encourage our cleaners to take a quick lap and set time management goals, but knowing what will help us get it just right for your home is a huge step up!
How do I pay?

We accept payment through Venmo (@SDBusyBee), Zelle & ApplePay 6193133818, and cash! We accept checks primarily from business accounts, and credit card payment are available upon request through Square as well. If you need a formal invoice for a move out or anything like that, please ask!
How much "Pre-Cleaning" should I do?

The short answer; as much as you want to! When you take the time to remove clutter, we can get to the real scrubbing and deeper cleaning. That being said, we welcome you and your home to show up exactly as you are and we will always give it our best to improve the space as much as possible in the scheduled time.
Can I be home? What about my dog?

We have been proudly working side by side with our work-from-home clients for years! We welcome you to stay home or to step out (ask us about lockboxes or install your own) while we take care of your home. Pets are welcome to stay home even if you don't, as long as they are not up under foot and they are friendly.* We work around kitties, dogs, fish, various reptiles, etc. As long as you don't have the unwelcome kind of critters (cockroaches, mice, etc.) then we are happy to show some love to your greeting party! **Animals showing any aggression towards a cleaner are grounds to leave immediately without completing service.**
